Questions

Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The card is saved in Apple Wallet on iPhone or Google Wallet on Android, which are already on their phone.
What if there's no camera at the counter?
Customers can show a 6-digit code from their card. Your staff types it in with their email to record the visit or redeem points.
How do customers join?
Print the QR poster for each location and put it by the register. Customers scan it and add the card. You can also give someone a card by email from your dashboard.
Can I use it in more than one location?
Yes. Standard covers up to 3 locations, Pro up to 5 and Enterprise up to 20.
